As Director, he is responsible for building relationships and structuring non-owner occupied residential real estate loans with investors across the U.S. that meet NPLC’s lending guidelines. Christian is a wealth of Knowledge and experience. His experience in structuring transactions comes from being an investor and developer of real estate transactions for the past 12 years and being in the lending industry for the past 22 years.
